4 stage quality inspection: 1. Out of kiln. Color difference selection. To eliminate color-inconsistent units. 2. Before loading into box. 100% double check of color difference,dimension deviation and unqualified net gluing. 3. Before loading into pallet. 5% random inspection. 4. Before shipment. 5% random inspection again. If any quality problems were detected, the whole batch of products must go back to re-produce.
